The Laser Rangefinder Modules share same
electronics and optical elements as regular rangefinder monoculars and
binoculars. They are beneficial for system integrators intending to
incorporate laser rangefinder functionality into their systems. The
module design allows to measure:
- Distances
- Azimuth (CI modification)
- Elevation (CI modification)
- Heights (CI modification)
- Speed, (MOD2 and MOD4 modifications)
|
|
The modules have built-in
computer interface, which allows immediate data acquisition by any
system with standard serial interface. Depending on exact model, a
customer has choice of various incorporated features, including, but not
limited to gating capabilities, fast scan mode, speed measurement,
target selection and more.
Typical areas of application are for incorporation inside:
- Thermal imagers
- Day/night surveillance systems
- Fire control systems
- Airborne optical systems.
