Return Policy

Most of our products are qualified for 30-day money back policy.

30 days money back guaranty with some conditions. You may return and get refund or exchange your items within 30 days of the delivery date. If the returned item is in good condition, you will receive full refund minus 20% of total price. The shipping and handling fee is not refundable. All returns must include the original box, manual, and any accessories if apply. If the box or manual is damaged, the extra fee will be charged. If the item is damaged, no refunds will be given. After 30 days, no refunds will be issued.

The following products are not qualified for the refund policy: all software, batteries.
